Having his first run since April, King's Best dual G1 hero Eishin Flash returned to the winners enclosure on Sunday October 6 when winning the G2 Mainichi Okan over 1800m at Tokyo. With today's half-a-length victory, he has now won four Group races including the Japanese Derby and last season's Tenno Sho (Autumn).
Bred by Shadai Farm, Eishin Flash is out of the Platini mare Moonlady, a multiple Group winner in her native Germany.
Eishin Flash is one of eight top-flight winners for King's Best including English Derby winner Workforce, the top-class milers Creachadoir and Proclamation, and Sajjhaa, winner of two G1 races in Dubai earlier this season.
