Panja Tower, a first-crop son of Tower Of London, remained unbeaten on Saturday, 2 November when landing the G2 Keio Hai Nisai Stakes. Run over 1400m on Tokyo’s turf course, he came from the rear to win by a neck.
This was his second career start after a debut victory at Chukyo at the start of September.
Bred by Champions Farm, Panja Tower is the first winner bred out of Clarksdale, a relative of top-flight performers Songline and Deirdre.
Tower Of London also won the G2 Keio Hai Nisai Stakes before becoming Japan’s Champion sprinter as a four-year-old. His debut crop are juveniles this season and includes 17 winners with Arlington Row becoming Group-placed after a Niigata victory.
